Tobias looked down at the book in his lap, desperately hoping that Brad would not come over to him. Perhaps he had forget their parting fight? Most likely not. Both of them had been beaten pretty badly in their final braw. Their friendship did not end attractively. In his mind’s-eye, he remembered that final day.
The two boys, no older than eleven, stood facing each other, their fists clenched. Brad Dorian looked just as he did in the present, but slightly shorter and his hair wasn’t as long. He still was remarkably good-looking. Hector stood, his long, sweaty black hair falling around his face, his eyes cold, his figure slender. His skin was as pale as ever. A girl, about their age with short blond hair and amazing blue eyes, stood about fifty feet away, sitting on a bench, her eye’s red and puffy. She obviously had been recently crying.
“Why, Dorian!?” Tobias snarled, the two now moving in a circle. “You said that you would help me! You said that she would fall for me with a little help from you! You used me, Dorian!”
“Yes, I did.” Dorian admitted, resentment in his voice. “I didn’t know her. I wanted to help you, Tobias! Things just got away from me. I’m so..”
But Hector cut him off. “YOU ARE NOT SORRY!” He screamed, finally darting at the boy. Dorian stood ready, but wasn’t as balanced and agile as his pale friend. By the end of the scrap, each other them had several painful bumps and bruises throughout their arms, chests and legs. They were dragged apart by their guardians and the boys struggled as the guardian’s restrained them, apologizing for their son to the other’s parents. Not too much was harmed, yet a few egos were bruised. Yet now, that same boy, that same boy that stole Abby away from him, approached Tobias, confusion and shock etched in his handsome features.

Slowly, Brad Dorian appreciated his long lost friend turn enemy. Had their fallout been his fault? The truthful answer was yes. Dorian had every girl in Paterson Elementary fighting over him, except one girl, named Abby Charlie. She was smart, attractive, and a bit nuts. Dorian had never expressed an interest in her, but Tobias sure did. Being Hector’s best friend, Dorian volunteered to help him get the girl.
But once Dorian began to get to know Abby, his feelings for her changed. Suddenly he had fallen head over heals for this girl that he know his best friend pinned for. Final he committed the total act of treachery, asking the girl for a date, which sent Hector over the hedge. He crossed the line, and knew it.
As Dorian walked up to Hector, he scanned the area. Hector was sitting alone, all the seats near him were empty. Without saying a word, and without Hector looking up, Dorian sat down beside him, and out of the corner of his eye he was Miss. Montez get up and slowly begin to move toward them. Dorian had to shake his desires regarding Acacia and focus on Hector. “Hector?” He began, his throat horse. “I wanted to say I’m sorry. I was young. I messed everything up. Please, forgive me?”

"Deep breaths"Brandi told herself. She looked out the window as they took off, now airborn. She smiled, her brown locks falling into her face. Her worry and doubts went away for the time being. She pushed her hair back and put it in a bun with her hair-tie.She glanced around at the others there.
Brandi wanted to talk to someone, but was always the shy reluctant one to start a conversation. She shrugged slightly"You'll have plenty time once we get to Hawaii, to meet and talk to people.."She told herself. She sighed lightly, now being as quiet as she could. She glanced down at her hands witch where now, no longer shaking. She looked back up, around her, looking at the others closer.
Brandi saw a a few friendly looking girls.Ones that could become good friends.Hmm, And a few good looking boys. She laughed slightly to herself, a thought of how her dad was always fretting about boys, saying many excuses, but she knew the real one.He was just afraid to lose his little girl to one.
Brandi noticed two boys out of the corner of her eyes, she kinda turned to look. One sitting alone, the other went to sit with him.She turned herself back around and looked out the window again, closing her eyes once more.

Kirsty watched the boy stop in front of the other one, and appoligise. Had these two been friends? And his name is Hector? Grinning, she looked around. Another girl was all by herself, looking rather alone. Her best friend Antoinette hadn't come over to sit there yet, so Kirsty walked to the girl. Taking off her headphones, she put them in her pocket.
Hi. Im Kirsty Thomas. Whats your name? Her voice tinkled and joy was filled in it. She sat down next to the girl and pulled a chocolate bar out of her purse. Unwrapping it, she brock it in half and handed the other piece to this girl.
Looking back, she watched the two boys. Maybe they would shake hands and make up, or maybe they would fight. Who know's? Kirsty didnt. But dang, they were good looking. And I bet that every other girl on this plane is thinking the same thing, especially that Acacia girl. She seemed to be drawn to the that left the group.

Hector puzzled for a moment at what to say. Then he saw a very pretty girl walking up the isle, her eyes on Dorian. And to his dismay, he noticed that many girls had their eyes up on Bradley Dorian. It infuriated him. He hated him.
“You’re the same person you were almost seven years ago!” He snapped, looking into the eyes of his enemy. “Always have to be perfect, charming! Always have to get the girls!” He hated him out of jealousy. He hated him out of spite. He hated him out of envy. He wanted to lash out at him, to bite and scratch. But he kept his cool.
“And don’t even ask out your darling little Abby.” He hissed, cold fury behind his voice. “She barley has the heart to look at me know. Ashamed I ever had feelings for her. You made her hate me, Dorian. You know, she still talks about you, you ass.”
He began to calm himself. “I will never be your friend, Bradley Scott Dorian. Except it and move on.” And that was the final word he had the heart to say. He looked back down, and continued his chapter, not looking into the eyes of his enemy. He knew that Brad had tried to be sincere, but there was too much damage now. Too make hate.

Antoinette looked over to where the blond said there was an empty seat. "Not a window seat" she thought. She sighed in relief, and collected her messenger bag from the overhead compartment above her. When she glanced over to the girl, she saw the blond move away from her seat, and Antoinette couldn't help but feel a sense of familiarity There was something, yet she couldn't think of what it was.
There was yet another empty seat. She walked through the number of seat and over to where the blond sat with another girl. "Hey, I'm Annie." Antoinette said sitting next to the two girls. "I don't think I could sit next to that window any longer." she added, taking out her i-pod. She put in one ear bud, so that the conversations around her could still be heard.
Once she was seated away from the window, Antoinette released her bottom lip. Painful. Gnawing on your lip for a good thirty minutes began to leave its mark. "Pain, and teeth marks on my lip...How lovely." she thought. Her nerves calmed now that she was away from the wretched window. Her black high-to converses began to tap with the beat of her favorite song as it played on her i-pod until the yelling came from the back of the plane. She looked back to find the guy named Brad and some other guy with long black hair. Antoinette pulled out the one ear bud just to ease drop.

Kirsty frowned as she watched the guys. The one with the book was very pissed. Something about not asking about some girl named Abby, and not being friends anymore. Her brows furrowed, and she turned around. That was odd....
Snapping a piece of her chocolate off the half of a bar that was her's, she popped it into her mouth. Savoring the sweetness, she closed her eyes and smiled. Laughing a little, she leaned the seat back. As it moved, she couldn't help but laugh. Some would call her insane, others just always full of laughter and fun.
This chocolate is from Cacao Reserve. I got it at Wal-Mart the other day. Its pure chocolate. Is it good Popping another piece into her mouth, it melted on contact with her tongue. A girl came over and introducded herself. Annie? Antoninette? Leeping up, she shreiked and embraced her best friend. It had been a long time since she'd seen her.
Annie! Its me, Kirsty! Kirsty Thomas! Laughing, she handed her long lost friend a piece of chocolate. Annie had her earbud in, and it gave Kirsty and idea. Jogging back over to get her carryon bag, she grabbed a portable speaker the size of a golfball and hurried back over.
How about we plug in someone's iPod to this, and we can all listen to music?

Brandi opened her eyes and looked over at the rather beautiful girl "Hi, " She smiled, a bright smile "I'm Brandi Cahill..I like your name" She looked at the chocolate bar half "Thank you" She said, taking it.She smiled and took a bite, chewing and swallowing, before talking again"This trip is going to be fun, Don't you agree?"She glanced back at those two boys again then back to her.
"My dad has been to Hawaii.Him and his freinds went a long while back.He said it's really fun and there is alot to do.." Brandi said "He's showed me pictures. It's beauiful there!" She now waiting for her reply. She finished the chocolate she had gave her.She looked at her once more, smiling "It's very good chocolate" She laughed.

As the notice for everyone to fasten their seatbelts came on, a smile still stayed on her face. Clasping the buckles, she secured them around her waist and looked back at Brad. But before she could answer him about her fears of heights were pretty much non-existent, he had gotten up and moved to the far end of the plane. Turning in her seat, Annika saw him walk and talk with a boy who was seated at the back. A bigger smile come onto her face when she saw this other boy. Unlike Brad, he was unique in other way. Maybe even cuter, but in a different general look. This look that he had was one she loved in guys, and watching the two, she found she couldn't take her eyes off the other boy.
After a few moments of staring, although she did not realize it at first, Annika snapped out of her little trance. Her cheeks had flushed a light pink color in embarrassment, because she had been almost positive that either Brad or the other boy had seen her staring at them. Quickly turning back around in her seat, she pulled out her sketch book from her messenger bag that was on the floor. Grabbing a drawing pencil as well, she curled her feet up under her comfortably and opened to a fresco on the page of an island. It had palm trees and a wonderful forest throughout it, but it seemed to be the only island in the whole landscape.

She snapped out of ease dropping when the blond girl spoke to her. “Kirsty?” She said aloud. Then the blond girl jumped up and hugged her. “Kirsty?” she thought. Then she remembered New York. One summer, when Antoinette was nine, her and her mother visited New York to see family. That summer on an extremely hot day Antoinette went to the city park. She saw a girl, with a blond ponytail fall. She immediately ran over to help the girl, but by the time she reached her. The girl was fine. “Hi I’m Annie.” greeted the nine year old Antoinette happily. Ever since then Antoinette and her mother visited New York, and ever since then, until last year, Antoinette and Kirsty kept in touch with Each other.
When Antoinette finally remembered Kirsty, she hugged the blond back. “We haven’t talked in ages!” she said. But then her friend rushed off and reappeared with a speaker. “Let’s crank it up!” she said happily. She took out her ear bud, and handed her I-pod over to Kirsty. “Hey Brandi. And Annie’s just my nick name. My real name’s Antoinette.” She put a small grin upon her face and sat back down in her seat.

Acacia saw Brad stand up a little confused and just a little angry. Sure he didn't have an expression on his face, that she saw anyways but, of course anybody could've seen one. But, she looked in his eyes and saw the look that he had. Her mind started debating as she watched him walk over to Hector. Should I go follow him and make sure everything's alright? Or should I stay here and talk to the girls sitting by me? She looked at her book and pondered for a couple of minutes. Then she finally made up her mind.
Giving a sigh she gracefully stood up and closed her book placing it on her seat. Letting a small smile cross her face and she sent it to the girls. Turning her smile into a look of confusion and worry, Arcacia walked up until she was behind Brad. Placing a hand on his shoulder she looked at the other boy and gave a smile. Then she turned her attention to Brad again. She was about to ask what was wrong until she heard him speak. So she just stayed quiet.

Cold fury erupted in the heat of Brad Dorian. How dare that little prick! Brad had made his way over to Tobias, against his better judgment, to try to make the next eleven weeks as peaceful and relaxing as possible. How blind was his former friend? Always considering himself clever.
“Same person as I was seven years ago?” Dorian hissed, the anger apparent in his voice. “Charming am I? I’m glad you hold me in such high regards!” He spat at him, realizing that his crush’s hand was firmly placed on his shoulder. Her warmth right up against him. “So I guess you except something like this from me?” He said, doing something he would have never normal have done.
In one, fluid motion, he put one hand on Acacia’s waist, dipped her down, his hand sliding around her curve to her back for support. He placed his other hand on her neck, warm and smooth. Then he tucked in his chin, and kissed her, his tongue slowly worming it’s way into her mouth, his eyes focused on her’s. After about ten second, he put her right and then caught his breath. “Something like that, eh?” And than stormed off, into the long hall way that led to the back of the plane.

Kirsty was appalled. People making out just to piss other people off? Shaking her head, she took the out stretched iPod from Annie. Plugging it into the speakers, she turned up the volume. The music blared out on the plane, filling the whole compartment. Dancing, she laughed. Darn good music.
Eating another piece of chocolate, she sucked on the tiny morsel. Grinning, her blue eyes sparkled. Kirsty danced and twirled, her converse kicking up behind her. Her curls bounced around her, and she laughed. Dancing was so much fun.
Turning back for a moment, she watched the three back there behind them. Acacia just had to go back there. Grinning, she admired the girl's spunk and generosity at wanting to help end the fighting.

Her eyes blinked once, twice, then three times. "Well, I didn't expect that to happen." she said to herself. After handing over her i-pod to Kirsty, Antoinette looked back to the two fighting boys. There stood Brad and a girl, kissing, and he seemed to kiss her to get back at the boy with long black hair. She shook her head in disgust. In her opinion, kissing someone just to get back at someone, or to make someone endure jealousy was just plain immature and childish.
Antoinette turned away from the scene unfolding before her, and back to her Friend who was dancing about the plane. She forced herself to forget what had happened on the back of the plane, and laughed. Her head banged with beat of the music, and began to feel a strong urge to get up and dance with her friend. So many interesting things had happened already and they wern't even in Hawaii yet. "What could happen next?"

Acacia kept her hand placed firmly on her shoulder. Then she realized exactly how close she was to him. She was so close that she could feel the warmth from him against her. Now she knew why her old teacher at her old school in Santa Fe' told her survival class to get close to somebody if their in extreme conditions and it's cold. It really was amazing what all you could do when your life depended on it.
Placing a curl behind her ear, Acacia gave a mental sigh. She wanted to help stop the fight. But, she had no idea who was in the right and who was wrong. So she again, kept her place quietly behind Brad.
Then suddenly she felt someone's warm hand against her neck and another on her waist. Seconds later, she was dipped down and his lips were against hers, and his tongue in her mouth. Immeadiately she returned the kiss but, then he pulled back. Listening to him she heard him yell something at the other Junior and he stormed off to the back of the plane. Giving an appologetic look, she went after him calling his name quietly.
In minutes she was right behind him, they were in a room in the back of the plane. Closing the door softly behind her, Acacia walked up to him. "Are you okay?" She asked in a worried and soft voice. Sure she knew that he had just kissed her to make Hector mad but, she couldn't help but wander if it was something more.
