Scott nearly feel out of bed as an eruption from quite a distance away woke him up. His bed was warm, but he knew he needed to get up and out of his home. It was mid-afternoon, yet Scott had been exhausted from the mornings actives. Benjamin most likely had orders for him. Orders that he sure wouldn’t like.
Scott stammered out of his home and into the group of teenagers which had formed in the dirt road outside. Benjamin, a tall blond boy, was standing in the middle of the group, giving orders. When he saw Scott he knew it was time to explain.
“Everyone, listen up. Seth, up on the observation tower, saw a plane crash land onto the beach. He reports there are survivors. We must learn all we can about these outsiders. This is out island, and I don’t intend to have it over run by the likes of them!” The boy was cold, and his voice equally as nasty.
“Scott!” Benjamin said, throwing him an injection tube. “I want you to go down to the beach and infiltrate. Find out as much as you can, and be back here in forty-eight hours.” As Scott looked down at the tube, Benjamin said. “It’s a memory suppressant. Use it if you have to.” Scott tucked the tube into his sock, and headed down towards the beach.
That afternoon, he had blended in seamlessly. He even cut his hand on a fallen branch on the way over, so he could say that he had been injured. He had been mended by the local EMT, that Brad fellow. He had even noticed a very beautiful young women, who apparently was called Acacia, and he desperately wanted her. He fell asleep that night, in his makeshift shelter, thinking about her beautiful body.

That morning the castaways all awake, and in moments they had gathered around the fire, eating a few bananas that Brad and Troy had found on the edge of the jungle. They had only taken a look into the jungle that previous night, when they found them. Along with the bananas, they also used some milk from coconuts they had found, fallen on the beach. Their food, however, was running out.
“Alright.” Brad said, getting to his feet after finishing his bananas. “Today, Troy and I are going to venture into the forest to look for some food. Is anyone interested in coming along?” He asked, looking out into the faces of his fellow castaways. “How about you?” He asked, pointing to a boy with shaggy, brown hair. He thought his name was Scott, or something.

Scott Travers heard that Brad guy call over to him. Scott was disgusted with that Brad fellow. He had noticed Brad and, the girl Scott fancied, go into a shelter together, but not come out. He was very jealous of Brad. Acacia belonged with Scott, after all. He deserved her, considering all the hard work he’s forced to do on this d**n island. When would it be Scott’s turn to get some fun.
“No.” Scott said sharply, quickly glancing at Acacia. If Brad was gone for a couple hours, the possibility for seducing Acacia came into mind. A grizzly pleasure swept through his body. “Are you sure?” Brad asked, hearing his negative answer. “Do you have ears, man?” Scott said sarcastically, standing up and walking over to his shelter, waiting for Brad to depart.

Knowing Mimi, of course she didn't want to go. However, this wasn't her cup of tea either. The plane had crashed, apparently some people had died; just imagine if it had been her! Naturally, she was a bit shaken, and she couldn't really handle all of this.. To add to this wonderful feelign spreading throughout her body, her crush was nowhere to be seen.. He could have died. How could this have happened? Her life had always seemed perfect. Ever since she had transferred schools, things weren't exactly the best for her. Now, as she sat on this deserted island, Mimi could only trust that these two, Troy and Brad, knew what they were doing.
Out of all of the things she could have been doing, Mimi was pounding her cell phone for it to work. Obviously, the water seemed to have damaged it, and it's power only surged on temporarily before flashing out. Most likely, she would have no service, but she didn't know what to do. Standing up, her hair messy from her restless night of sleep, Mimi approached the one who had denied to join Troy and Brad. He seemed to be like her; she didn't want to work, but she did want to get off this island. Her appearance a bit shakey and all, Mimi exclaimed, "Hey, I haven't really seen you around before, but.. Do you have any idea what is going to happen to us?" Her tone was clearly a bit scared, but she was trying to hide that. She was sixteen, she couldn't be babling about like a little baby. However, at a time like this, she needed someone who could at least try and tell her things were going to be okay. Hopefully approaching this guy wasn't a bad choice.

“No idea.” Scott answered walking away from the girl instantly. He wasn’t interested in talking to the likes of her. Right now he knew a vital piece of information: Brad Dorian had taken the place of the camp’s leader.
“Excuse me?” Brad called over to the girl who had been standing a few feet away. “I’m Brad. Would you mind doing a quick head-count for me? Make sure you count all the live people here! I’d really appreciate it.”
A moment later he whispered to Troy. “Something’s not right. We had fifty-one passengers right? Something is a little strange. Hopefully, I’ll find out that I’m just paranoid when that girl gets back with the head count.

The night before Troy had said she was beautiful, but she couldn't respond. All she did was walk away, and left him sitting alone. He was perfect in a way. He plaid guitar, just as she dose, and he was gorgeous, in her opinion, but she had also just met him. Antoinette gave him a side glance, his curly hair fell over his face, and his brown eyes seemed serious. "I hate being confused.' she thought while staring at him.
Since last evening Antoinette had gotten over the shock of what had happened. Her body's constant shaking had stopped, and no more tears ran down her face. "I'll go." spoke up Antoinette while walking over to Brad and Troy. "I need something to do anyways." she added when she was standing next to Troy and facing Brad.

Kelsi walked out of the dense trees, holding as much fruit as she could. She dumped it in a growing pile, where it was out of the way. Her ears perked up at the inquiry,"I'll go. I can't stand all this waiting."She walked over to Brad and Acacia, smiling timidly. Brad addressed a boy she did not recognize, Scott. Had he even been on the plane?
Kelsi mentally shook her head, of course he was on the plane. This was a deserted island after all. And besides, there were a lot of people here she didn't recognize. She had only seen about twenty of the other passengers; less than half. But there was just something about him that didn't seem right. Oh well, she thought, a head count will confirm that everything's okay. But no matter how hard she tried, she could not convince herself that he could be trusted.

"Uh, okay, thanks?" Mimi let out sarcastically. He didn't seem like much of a pleasure, so she began to walk away as well. However, as she was heading back to where she had come from, the kid supposedly named Brad called to her, asking her to do something or another. Giving him a look that sent out the message 'are you seriously asking me?', Mimi realized that things were kind of rough at the moment, and just because she couldn't order somebody around to do something, didn't mean that she shouldn't help.
"Um," She began, almost hesitating as she couldn't believe she had to honestly work, "Sure, one second. My name is Mimi, by the way." Smiling, she noted how cute the boy was, but she turned around almost right away to begin counting the castaways on the island. Who knew how many out of the fifty-one were still alive. Apparently, it was her job to find out, though. " Fifty." She told him, a moment later.

“Fifty? Ok, thank you very much.” He said, a little uneasily. “Alright. Troy and I will go that way.” Brad said, pointing diagonally to his left. “Annie, Kelsi. You too will go that way.” He said, this time pointing diagonally to his right. “Look until you get tired. Leave a trail of something, it doesn’t matter what, so you can find your way back. Good Luck.”
“Alright Troy, we’ll leave in about five moments. Maybe you should grab a bottle of water, or something.” Then he lowered his voice so only he could hear. “Something isn`t right. Two of our people have died, which should leave us with a total of forty-nine people, but that girl said she counted fifty. Someone didn’t crash here.” Before Troy could say anything, Brad said, “We better not discuss it now. We can talk when we’re on our own.”
“Annika.” Brad called out to the girl he had met on the plane. “Anni, I’m going into the forest. Make sure …. Ummm … everything stays ok while I’m gone. Ok? I can’t explain to much, though. Just keep everyone safe.” After she replied, Brad set out to find Acacia. “Hey Cutie.” He said, hugged her around the back, his neck resting on her shoulder. “I`m going into the jungle.”

What had happened on the plane? Of course, she didn't remember much. One minute she had been sitting in her seat comfortably and the next, she had been thrown over eight rows of seats. After that, it was nothing. The next thing she knew, she was waking up by someone dragging her away from what she believes now is the plane and then falling into sand.
Sitting up quickly after awaking from the nightmare she had been having, Annika looked around. Perhaps, she thought, maybe this time she would wake up to be home in her bed. Or in the comfort of a hotel room in Honolulu. But instead, she found herself underneath a shelter on the beach of some unknown island. The first few morning of this were going to be the hardest.
Her morning had been more than dull, and now the afternoon was shaping up to be the same. Mingling with the survivors, but not getting to really know any of them. Brad she still talked to, and had come to find her eye caught by a boy, named Troy. He certainly was cute. And romance was never out of the question, no matter the location. Look at Brad and Acacia. Wasn't that true love and nothing less?
Her mind had strayed, as the waves crashed onto her feet lightly as she stood at the edge. Staring out into nothing but light blue ocean was becoming a habit for her. But snapping out of it, she turned to see Brad coming towards her. Hearing his words, she gave him a small smile and nodded. This was all confusing, and she didn't really need him to explain because honestly, there wasn't a whole lot to explain. It was a freak accident, right? Their plane crashing? "I can do that. Don't worry about it," She said, her voice soft. Turning away as he walked away, she sat down in the sand near the water's edge, singing coming quietly from her. Some random song she would listen to stuck in her head, so she began to sing it out loud.

Acacia was gathering up sticks at the edge of the trees wearing a pair of red shorts and a red tank top underneath a white t-shirt-hoodie, her hair hanging down to her shoulders in a clip on the back of her head. She walked over and dropped them next to the tent her and Brad were sharing. She gasped as she felt a pair of arms around her waist then she relaxed as she heard Brad's voice and his head rested on her shoulder.
She placed her hands on his and relaxed into him. "Don't scare me like that." Acacia laughed to show she was teasing. Then she heard what he said. " Hm, my boyfriend is turning into survivor man, interesting. Just don't do anything stupid okay? Like pick up snakes and wrap them around your shoulders." She gave a small laugh and turned her head slightly towards him. [/color]]

Kelsi nodded, disappearing for a few moments under her shelter. She emerged with a small knapsack containing a few bananas, some bandages, a water bottle, and a compass she had found in the wreckage of the plane. She also carried a rope she would use as a guide back to camp.
She tied the rope to a palm tree, and grasped the other end tightly, turning to Annie,"I'm ready..."Kelsi looked up nervously at the tops of the trees. There were so many of them, and although they had a way to find their way back, the jungle still seemed so menacing, as if they weren't the only ones on the island.

“I won’t.” He said giving her a small kiss on the forehead and then taking hold of her hands. “I want you to be careful too. Ok? Something about this whole place bothers me.” Then he let go of her hands, give her a final hug, and began to walk off, in search of Troy. When he finally found him, he asked, “You ready to go?”
All the while, he pondered the idea that someone wasn’t who they claimed to be. But who could that be? Everyone seemed legitimate, or at least most of them were. Except perhaps that Scott fellow. He seemed kind of doggy. Regardless, Brad shook of the idea and began to prepare himself for his adventure in the jungle.

She looked around her shelter for things that would be useful. Her army green messenger bag lay limp in the sand she filled it with bandages, a bottle of water, a coconut, banana, and a sharp piece of metal that she used for a knife. Antoinette stored her necessities in the bag and walked back over to Kelsi. I'm ready said Kelsi. "Same here." she replied.
A long rope had been tied to a tree near the forest. Her blue eyes surveyed it. and immediately, Antoinette knew what it was for. She dropped the rocks in her hand on the sand and clapped the dirt and sand from her hands. "That's a much better idea than I had." she chuckled, "I was just going to throw a trail of rocks behind me."
She then started to walked into the forest, with Kelsi close by. The trees weren't close together, but the shrubs, leaves and vines littering the ground made it much harder to maneuver through. She had tripped a few times, and had her cheek scratched from a loose branch. So far the walk through had been in complete silence, which began to eat away at Antoinette's patience. "So er...Kelsi, how are you doing?" she asked while looking over to Kelsi and tuging on the strap of her messenger bag.

Kelsi followed behind Annie. A few times, shee could've sworn she had smelled smoke, and she thought that the fire at their camp had been put out. But she said nothing about it. The walk seemed like a normal trek through plants, until she looked down to find a spider the size of a small dog crawl across her feet. Since that encounter, she was sure to make a note to bring bug repellent next time.
What seemed like an eternity of silence later, Annie broke the silence,"So er...Kelsi, how are you doing?" Kelsi glanced up at the sky, then at her watch, and back at Annie,"Well, besides the fact that we've crashed on an uncharted island, and have no hope of rescue, I'm good. You?" She laughed,"You're Antoinette, right?"
